Selected event location

We also collect anonymised website usage data via Google Analytics and Springnest Analytics.
Why do we collect your data?
Your data is collected and processed to:
Manage attendance and logistics for the roadshow
Follow up with attendees after the event (e.g. for feedback and partnership discussions)
Report on participation and interest for the 2025–2026 project cycle
Share relevant attendee details with co-organisers and the vetted DMCs (destination management companies) from Uganda and Ethiopia who participate in the event
We process your data under the lawful basis of legitimate interest, as this is a professional B2B event.
Where is your data stored?
Your data is securely collected via Google Forms, and stored in Google Sheets and Google Drive.
We may also process data using standard email communication tools.
Usage data is collected using Google Analytics and Springnest Analytics, which may involve servers outside the EU. Google complies with applicable data transfer safeguards.
How long will we keep your data?
We will retain your data through 2025 and 2026 to allow for reporting, follow-up, and partnership engagement. After this period, it will be securely deleted.
